Note that your model is not a "toy" but a highly efficient internal combustion engine. The high speed and high temperature of the engine may cause injury or other implications to you. Do not disassemble it by yourself.
Do not allow engine operation by kids under 16 years old. Children under this age should always have adult supervision when using the model.If the engine is transferred to another owner, please transfer this manual together with the model.
Warning: The following operations may involve serious (or fatal under extreme conditions) injuries.
1. Please keep the flammable engine fuel away from open flames, overheating or any place that may cause fire.
2. Do not start the engine in a closed space. Because the mixed fuel releases the harmful gas carbon monoxide after burning, starting the engine in an open environment can ensure your safety.
3. The engine may become extremely hot during use. Be careful not to touch the model,especially the exhaust pipe and cylinder when the engine stops running.The overheat model may cause burns to your body.
The NR-200 engine is a model engine that can be started by fuel. It is composed of more than one hundred parts and designed with an intricate structure and complete functions. Except for the scale, it is a replica of a real engine.
It is designed according to the ratio of 1/8, which can provide power for 1/8 oil-powered car models,1/10 climbing series models and oil tankers. It features a high speed of 18000rpm and powerful torque.In order to reduce the volume of the engine and ensure a long time operation, we use a built-in centrifugal water pump and enlarge the intake and drainage holes to effectively dissipate the body's heat. This engine is equipped with a brush motor controlled by an electric start.

1. Before the engine is running, water cooling equipment, glow plug power supply, fuel tank and other necessary components must be installed. Component parameters:
1) Water-cooling equipment: ordinary fan-cooled water-cooled radiator (radiator), water tank, and water pipe are sufficient. The size of the water-cooled radiator is larger than 80*80mm, otherwise the heat dissipation effect is not ideal.
2) Fuel tank: with a capacity of 20mL or more, with matching fuel pipes.
3) Glow heads: 2, power supply voltage 1.5V.
4) Ignition module: 1 two-in-one ignition module.
5) Start-up power supply: 12V power supply (3S lithium battery,prepared by yourself).
2. After the components are installed, fill with 20% Nitro fuel, and fill the water-cooled water tank with pure water or antifreeze or water-cooled liquid.
3. Lightly block the air inlet of the carburetor with your finger, start the motor slowly, so that fuel enters the cylinder, and release your finger to fully start the motor to start.
4. If it fails to start, please refer to the manual for troubleshooting instructions.
In order for longer and better use, users need to clean and maintain it regularly, which can extend the life of the engine. Our company will also provide long-term after-sales and maintenance services for this product.
1. Carefully clean the remaining dust and oil on the air inlet of the carburetor. The user can install an air filter to ensure the cleanliness of the incoming air. If the carburetor is damaged, please replace it in time, the carburetor cannot be adjusted.
2. The glow head needs to be checked regularly, please replace it if it is not working properly.
3. Pay attention to the normal operation of the water-cooled equipment, fill with pure water or water-cooled liquid, and the water tank must be in a state of full water.
4. Regularly check the important parts of the engine: valve clearance, valve phase, carburetor, timing position, glow head, cylinder pressure, regular inspection and adjustment to ensure that the engine is in good condition.
6、 Note
1. It is forbidden to fill the fuel tank with fuel other than nitro!
2. The cooling system needs to be installed before the engine starts!
3. It is forbidden to disassemble the machine, the machine after disassembly will not enjoy the warranty!
4. It is forbidden to touch the pulley and transmission device by hand when the machine is running!
5. Pay attention to the height of nitrate removal in the fuel tank when starting, and the fuel tank outlet should be as level as the carburetor inlet (the drop between the two should not be greater than 2cm)!
6. Pay attention to the noise that the machine will make to disturb your neighbors!
7. Note that the maximum engine speed is 18000 rpm, please do not exceed this speed!
8. The machine fuel is dangerous chemicals, please keep it properly!
7、Troubleshooting
7.1、the main reason for the engine unable to start
Engine cylinder pressure is low or air leakage: The engine you received is a brand new engine, and the cylinder liner and piston ring are not closely matched.
Timing adjustment: wrong timing leads to incorrect valve opening and closing time, engine air leakage and piston top valve situation.
The glow plug is damaged or the battery is dead: Before starting the engine, make sure that the glow plug is not blown and the battery has voltage.
The starting motor is weak to start: Whether the starting battery has electricity, the starting voltage of the 470 motor used for starting the motor is 12V.
The fuel has not evolved into the carburetor: Before starting the engine, make sure that the fuel has entered the carburetor.
In order to make it easier for you to adjust the engine timing, we deliberately made corresponding marks on the camshaft synchronizing wheel and the crankshaft synchronizing wheel. There is a small hole on the camshaft synchronizing wheel, and the outer edge of the crankshaft synchronizing wheel has been smoothed.
1. Loosen the tensioner and loosen the engine timing bell.
2. Rotate the crankshaft synchronization wheel so that the flat surface of the outer edge faces upwards.
3. Rotate the camshaft synchronizing wheel so that the small hole of the camshaft synchronizing wheel faces upwards.
4. Adjust the timing position and fix the tension wheel (the belt does not swing back more than 5MM).
